We are able to issue refunds up to 60 days after a payment is made. You must still cancel the subscription, however, if that is what you want to do. Simply write to help@paypal.com and tell us the email address you use with PayPal, your Tribe account email address, or subscription id (found on your payment receipt). We would prefer that you not open a dispute with PayPal, which requires extra steps and research on our part. Please do not dispute the charge with your bank. Click "Submit" PayPal will return a list of your transactions with Tribe. Click on the "details" link in the line marked "Subscription Creation" to open up the details of the subscription. - At the bottom of the window you will will see a gray button marked "Cancel Subscription."
