    <summary type="html">In most cases, yes. We are able to issue refunds up to 60 days after a payment is made. You must still cancel the subscription, however, if that is what you want to do. Simply write to help@paypal.com and tell us the email address you use with PayPal, your Tribe account email address, or subscription id (found on your payment receipt).&#xD;
&#xD;
We would prefer that you not open a dispute with PayPal, which requires extra steps and research on our part. &#xD;
&#xD;
Please do not dispute the charge with your bank. That will block the transaction and prevent us from issuing your refund quickly.</summary>

    <summary type="html">As PayPal manages the subscription payments directly and we can't get into your PayPal account, you will need to go to PayPal and sign in to unsubscribe.&#xD;
&#xD;
- login to your account at www.paypal.com&#xD;
&#xD;
- At the top menu click the blue box called "My Account"&#xD;
&#xD;
- From the gray sub menu click "History"&#xD;
&#xD;
- From the box on the left  titled "History" click "Advanced Search"&#xD;
&#xD;
- Enter "tribepay@tribe.net" in the "search for" box (without the quotes" and select "Email" from the "In" popup.&#xD;
&#xD;
- Set the date range back at least 14 months (for example 9/1/2007).&#xD;
Click "Submit"&#xD;
&#xD;
PayPal will return a list of your transactions with Tribe.  Click on the "details" link in the line marked "Subscription Creation" to open up the details of the subscription.&#xD;
&#xD;
- At the bottom of the window you will will see a gray button marked "Cancel Subscription."  Select this if you want to cancel your subscription.</summary>
