strange messages since recent messages

what's going on?
since tribe was down for maintenance yesterday
and now back up
i just made 3 posts (joined a new tribe last night & posted)
and then just posted 2 photos in my album
and i'm getting STRANGE messages
like this:

$helper.truncateString($photo.bean.description, 70)

also, when i check tribe (NOT logging in), it says i'm online
NO FAIR!!!
